Charleston Crawlspace Co. started the way most honest local trades businesses do — with a problem nobody else was solving well. Our background is in certified mold inspection and remediation across the Lowcountry. After enough jobs, the same pattern kept showing up: a homeowner gets an encapsulation job done by a crew that flew in, installs a vapor barrier, and leaves — without ever figuring out where the water was actually coming from. A year later, the same musty smell is back.
